Summer Cherry Fest

The delight of the cherry season in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu becomes real with the opportunity to Pick Your Own cherries or collect cherries freshly picked for you on the family farms. A total of 24 family farms, specialising in nurturing cherries as a Summer treat, are open from mid-November through early January for visitors to share in the experience of cherries. Half of the farms offer the Pick Your Own cherry experience. Growers provide you with equipment and inside knowledge before directing you and your family to their orchards for an experience in nature and flavour. Farm Gate sales are available at 18 of the farms. Cherries meticulously selected for collection by you for your own enjoyment or Christmas gifts. And all while enjoying the amazing vistas and other experiences offered by the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu.
