Wide verandas and wide-open spaces characterise the South Mokanger Farm Cottages in Cavendish. Pop your pooch on a lead and explore the surrounding farmland. There is also a secure, shady, fenced area at both cottages, with kennel provision if needed. The secure yard means that you can leave your pet and explore the surrounding region. Grampians National Park, the renowned Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld, Bunyip Hotel in Cavendish and so much more are only a short drive away. Pets are permitted inside the cottages but please, no paws on furniture. And if requested, pet bedding can be provided.

Pierrepoint B&B in Tarrington, a farm stay for your dog, a wine stay for yourself! Located at the spectacular Pierrepoint Wines, this is a working farm and vineyard, so dogs must remain on leash and be on their best behaviour at all times.
Emerald Hill Cottage in Hamilton is a home away from home for not only you but your poochy pal too. Set well back from the main road, this hobby farm is located on verdant acreage, surrounded by fruit trees, veggie patches and gardens, complete with waddling ducks and clucking chooks. This is a working farm, so your dog must be well behaved and under control at all times. There is a secure veranda for your animals to be left outdoors. They are allowed indoors but they must keep their paws firmly planted on the floor.

It is requested that dogs are not left alone at the property but with the amazing local, dog-friendly activities, they will most definitely want to come along. Check out the Dunkeld Arboretum (dogs permitted on lead) and the more casual dining area of Dunkeld’s Royal Mail Hotel, The Parker Street Project (an ideal dining and sipping experience for you and your well-behaved doggy).
